This person will need to assist in the preparaion of food in accordance with the portion and quality standards specified in recipes or as otherwise designated by the Director of Food & Beverage.  The majority of time will be spent cooking, handling food and working with kitchen equipment to prepare high quality food that results in the satisfaction of our guests and the maximization of food revenues.  Other duties to include assisting with inventory, ordering, dishwashing, cleaning and organization of work area to ensure sanitation and cleanliness standards are met.  Basic reading, writing and math is required and one (1) year food preparation experience is highly preferred.  Must utilize good communication skills when interacting with other cooks, waitstaff or supervisors and must provide superior customer service.  Will be required to work in a fast paced environment and respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner.  Must be able to work night, weekends and holidays.

This person will need to assist in the overall operations of the Cafe.  The majority of duties will include, cleaning tables after service, removing dirty dishes, flatware and glassware to the kitchen for cleaning.  Maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe and kitchen, including dishes, flatware and related kitchen equipment, mopping kitchen and cafe floors.  Pre-shift set up of workstation and post-shift teardown and side work.  Maintaining par in the cafe including dishware, flatware and food and beverage items.  Must be able to carry and lift approximately 25 lbs.  Assist the server with providing prompt and courteous service to guests.  Must utilize good communication skills when interacting with other cooks, waitstaff or supervisors and must provide superior customer service.  Will be required to work in a fast paced environment and respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner.  Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Room Attendants must clean hotel guest rooms and/ or other assigned areas in a timely and organized manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Room Attendants spend a significant portion of their workday unlocking, opening, pushing, pulling, lifting, bending and stretching. Communication skills are necessary some of the time in order to interact with hotel guests or staff. In addition to operating a vacuum cleaner, Room Attendants typically lift and pull items weighing as much as 25 pounds and pull/ push up to 200 pounds.
