Tom Pizzo
President of Property Services

Tom has over 15 years of commercial real estate development and management experience. As President of Bissell Property Services he is responsible for the property management, interior construction, engineering, and security functions in all assets managed by Bissell. In this capacity, he oversees all operations in over 4 million square feet of Class A commercial office space in Charlotte NC.

Emily Little
Executive Administrative Assistant

Emily joined Bissell in December of 2008 after relocating from Orlando, Florida. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and was awarded Franchise Player in May of 2010. Emily brings many years of administrative experience to the Property Services team.

Dale Britton, RPA
Senior Property Manager

Dale has been a great asset to the Bissell Property Services team, which he joined May 1988. His responsibilities include managing over 1.4 million sq feet of Class A office space and overseeing the transition of newly constructed spec office from the Development phase to Property Management. His experience brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.

Bill Hillis
Assistant Property Manager

Bill joined Bissell in July 2008. Bill graduated from The Citadel in May 2006 and served in the Army as a Cavalry Officer in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan before coming to Bissell. In 2009 and 2010, he was honored with the Franchise Player award.

Donna Hudson
Executive Administrative Assistant

Donna joined Bissell in November 2011. She brings with her 13 years of administrative experience in support of executive management. Her primary experience lies in commercial property with a secondary background in corporate payables and receivables. Originally from Tennessee, she has been a resident of North Carolina for 12 years.

Property Manager

Frank began his tenure with Bissell in January 2004 after serving many years as Facility Manager for local insurance companies in the SouthPark area.

Jill Ott
Property Assistant

Jill joined Bissell in December 2008 as a Property Assistant with a background in property management and land development. Jill is a graduate of Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY and was awarded Franchise Player in 2010. She is also currently a Certified Property Manager Candidate with IREM.

Property Manager

Patty began her career with Bissell in 2001 in the Accounting Department. She brought her accounting experience to Property Services later that same year and was promoted to Property Manager in 2009. In 2011, she became a Certified Property Manager® through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Patty has been awarded Franchise Player in 2003, 2005, and 2006.

Debbie Green
Property Assistant

Debbie began her career with Bissell in 2004 as the Tenant Services Coordinator and later joined the Property Services team in 2007. Debbie brings excellent customer service skills to the team and was recognized with the Franchise Player award in 2005, 2009, and 2010.

Renee Kilminster
Property Manager

Renee joined Bissell in 1999 as a Property Assistant and was promoted to Property Manager in 2004. She became an IREM Accredited Commercial Manager in 2007 and is currently a Certified Property Manager Candidate with IREM.

Moira Sheehan
Property Assistant

Moira joined Bissell in July of 2007 as a Property Assistant with a background in Residential Property Management. Moira is a graduate of Florida State University. She was honored with the Franchise Player award in 2010 and is currently a Certified Property Manager Candidate with IREM.

Chandler, Crawford, Hixon, Providence Park and Simmons

This team takes great pride in organizing tenant appreciation events including the annual Knotts Cup putting tournament for all tenants in the Chandler, Simmons and Hixon Buildings.

Blair Prentice
Property Manager

Blair was hired by Bissell in 2003 as a Property Assistant and was promoted to Property Manager in 2006. She was awarded Franchise Player in 2003 and 2005. Blair became a Certified Property Manager® through the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2010.

Christine Sledge
Property Assistant

Christine joined Bissell in January of 2011 as a Property Assistant with a background in Residential Property Management. Christine is a graduate of the University of Alabama.
