If you would like to use the shower facility, sign in at the front desk and be prepared to list your name, company name and contact information. Shampoo and soap will be provided by the YMCA. Please note towels are not provided.

As a program participant you will receive:

Unlimited access to the Ballantyne Village Y.

Free access to over 25 weekly Group Exercise classes held onsite at the Ballantyne Village Y.

Free access to the Y Summer Outdoor Fitness Series including Boot Camp and Interval Running classes, which meet in Ballantyne Corporate Park.
