Full-time; flexible position.  Assist and supervise the overall day-to-day and long term operations of the Refresh Department including the upkeep of all the guestrooms, the public space (refuel, splash, tactic, recharge, wxyz and remix), the outdoor surroundings, the heart of the house and the on-site laundry facility.  Assist in establishing and maintaining a proven set of processes to assure the hotel is consistently clean; taking personal responsibility and pride in both the execution and final results.  Provide on-going training and support of the talent driving the aloft culture.  The ideal talent candidate must have a minimum of (2) two years housekeeping experience.  Supervisory experience highly preferred.
