Join the Morrison YMCA for the 5th Annual Inspire! Ballantyne Gala on Thursday, December 6, at The Ballantyne Hotel & Lodge. The Gala will feature a silent auction, delicious food and great music. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Carolinas Cancer Wellness Program. The Cancer Wellness Program is a comprehensive eight-week program led by a CHS Registered Nurse and a YMCA Exercise Physiologist to provide cardiovascular, strength training and flexibility exercises. Our desire is for cancer survivors to expand their support system while increasing their physical stamina as they continue their journey to increased health and well-being. The Ballantyne Book Club for this month will discuss Amsterdam by Ian McEwan. The club meets at Aloft Charlotte Ballantyne.
